Community Projects Film: The Future's History of Spruce Grove
Greystone students, Grades 5 through 8, are proud to present their film - The Future's History of Spruce Grove.
This film was created entirely by students, from the initial idea, through research, scriptwriting, set design, photography, acting, directing, filming, and editing.
It is a culmination of the students' Community Projects, the overall goal being to showcase the history of Spruce Grove through the use of technology.
Students describe their community projects, explaining the goal of their projects, and how they researched their topics by visiting locations, interviewing members of the community, as well as reading books and online resources.
For students, the making of this film brought the rich history of Spruce Grove to life!
This film was made possible by the Government of Alberta, Community Incentives Program grant.
